So, these musical engineers are trying to take the keyboards out of electronic music. Instead, “beautiful wooden instruments” are back with the Eigenharp:
It pitchbends, it has vibratos, you can articulated different notes in a chord, just by moving your fingers… almost as if the keys were strings. And there’s a breathpipe for controlling wind sounds, as if it had a reed – or to make a freaky wah-wah guitar, a couple steps beyond Frampton.
