This is an artist’s concept of a space probe orbiting Europa, the icy moon of Jupiter that might just hide life in the oceans miles below its frozen surface.

You can read more about the Europa Clipper project at NASA’s multimedia presentation, which has maps and movies and all sorts of information about the mission.

The Europa Clipper launch was supposed to be this week, but Hurricane Milton has put a hold on that. Hopefully, those of us in Florida will see you on the other side. Here (thanks to Dr. Laci Brock) is a list of new possible launch dates.
